About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2013 No. 399

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Instructions for use premises, the contents of residential and auxiliary rooms approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2013 No. 399, the following changes:

add Item 13 with subitem 13.9 of the following content:

"13.9. accept according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities, measures for ensuring safety of premises and the property which is in it after receipt of access to it in case of absence of the full age citizen living in these premises or other full age person who provided access for the purpose of carrying out repair work for elimination of the emergencies creating threat of life, to health of citizens or causings essential property harm before date of transmission of these premises to his owner, the employer, the lessee, the leasing recipient, organization member of builders, the shareholder who signed the agreement providing transfer to it in ownership and use of object of shared-equity construction, to the other person having right of possession and uses of premises.";

add Rules with Item 16-1 of the following content:

"16-1. In case of need of carrying out repair work for elimination of the emergencies creating threat of life, to health of citizens or causings essential property harm, access of the organizations to the structural elements, engineering systems and the equipment which are in premises it is performed in the presence of the full age citizen living in these premises or other full age person who provided access, and in case of their absence - in the presence of representatives of local executive and administrative organ with the obligatory prior notice of territorial authorities of internal affairs.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
