About modification of the Regulations on federal state construction supervision

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state construction supervision approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1087 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state construction supervision" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5517).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

45. Assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of activities of the Federal Service, its territorial authorities on implementation of federal state construction supervision is performed according to article 30 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".

46. The key indicator of federal state construction supervision (further - key indicator) reflects the level of minimization of harm (damage) to the values protected by the law in the field of construction, reconstruction of capital construction projects concerning which the Federal Service, by its territorial authorities exercises federal state construction supervision.
