1. Determine that:

1.1. the statement specified in part one of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for issue by customs authority of the permissions allowing commodity exportation, and prolongation of the terms established by customs authority (further - the statement on export), is filled in according to the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257 (further - the Procedure for filling of DT), taking into account the following features:

person submitting to customs authority the application for export fills in columns 1, of 3, 5-8, 12, of 14, of 16, of 17, of 21, of 22, 30-34, 38, 40-42, 44-46, 54;

the customs authority fills in the columns "A", "C" and "D".
