About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 717/2014 about government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD) (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 261-267, 765), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

And in all text of the resolution and provision the text "government platform of registers and allowing documents (PPRRD)" in any grammatical form to replace 1) in the name with the text "platform of development of electronic services (PDES)" in the corresponding grammatical form, and to replace abbreviation of "PPRRD" with abbreviation of "PREU";

2) in the resolution:

a) and 5 to state items 4 in the following edition:

"4. To the ministries, the State office, other central administrative authorities and organizational structures subordinated to the Government which are in the field of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, deconcentrated and subordinated public services, and also public organizations in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), autonomous public organizations, and also the legal entities of private law providing public services within the competences provided by the law to use PREU as the main information decision for development of electronic services.

5. Public bodies and organizations, others, than the specified in Item 4, and legal entities of private law can use, according to this resolution, the PREU components.";

b) declare Item 5-1 invalid

c) 2) and 5) of Item 6 to state subitems in the following edition:

"2) to approve technical requirements, terms and conditions of use of PREU;";
