About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1145/2018 about the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of Boundary police

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, parts (1) article 15 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and also parts (2) article 5 of the Law No. 283/2011 on Boundary police (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 76-80, 245), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1145/2018 about the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of Boundary police (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1308), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 7 of appendix No. 1:

a) in the subitem 1):

litas. x) state in the following edition:

"x) uses unmanned aerial vehicles, watch facilities, detection and radar-locations, and also other technical means;";

add litas. b-1) of the following content:

"b-1) provides supervision of border area, including with use of unmanned aerial vehicles;";

b) in the subitem 4):

in litas. d) replace the words "both messages on crimes and violations" with the text", messages or data on preparation or making of crimes and violations";

lit.h) after the word "preventions" to add with the text", identification and fight with", and to replace the words "migrations" and "crime" respectively with words "migration" and "crime";
