About the simplified procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects

For the purpose of simplification of procedure for acceptance for operation of single-family apartment houses and (or) non-residential capital constructions of the fifth class of complexity in the house adjoining territory (further - construction objects):

1. Determine that:

1.1. the construction objects built (reconstructed) by citizens on the parcels of land provided for construction and (or) servicing of single-family apartment houses and the right on which at them arose till September 1, 2022 (except for located in Minsk) can according to the decision of local executive and administrative organ to be accepted in operation without availability of allowing documentation on their construction (permission to reconstruction) and (or) the project documentation.

Applications for acceptance for operation of construction objects according to part one of this subitem can be submitted by citizens till January 1, 2028;

1.2. construction (reconstruction) by citizens of the construction objects specified is not recognized part one of subitem 1.1 of this Item on which the local executive and administrative organ makes the decision on acceptance for operation unauthorized construction;

1.3. acceptance for operation of the construction objects specified in part one of subitem 1.1 of this Item is performed by the inspection created by local executive and administrative organ according to the procedure, established in Item 1 of article 109 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities (further - inspection);

1.4. the construction objects specified in part one of subitem 1.1 of this Item are estimated by inspection by the following criteria:

compliance to the fifth class of complexity;

observance of requirements for placement in borders of the provided parcel of land;

compliance of readiness of object for operation;
