RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of August 1, 2022 No. 504

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 and of September 10, 2008 No. 1330

Based on subitems 1.4 and 1.6 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595:

in the paragraph the second Item 3 part two the word "approved" to replace with the word "certain";

in Item 5:

to exclude from subitem 5.20 of the word "according to appendix";

add Item with subitem 5.30-5 of the following content:

"5.30-5. interacts with mass media, performs promotion of information on the global computer Internet for the purpose of illumination of questions of activities of the Ministry of Energy, except for information, distribution and (or) provision of which is limited;";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 10, 2008 No. 1330 "About some questions of the Department of Energy":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 1.4 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 289";

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Approve Regulations on Department on nuclear power engineering of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";

add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine:

the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Department of Energy according to appendix 1;
