About modification of some legal acts in the field of land use

Article 1.

Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following changes:

3) in Article 23:

a) to add Item 2 after the word "constructions" with the words "and with implementation of the state program of housing providing citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic";

b) to add Item 5 after words of "allotment" with the words "and in case of implementation of the state program of housing providing citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic";
