1. Bring in the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 for No. 925/33896, the following changes:
The paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:
"the statement from the information and analytical system "Accounting of Data on Involvement of Person to Criminal Liability and Criminal Record Availability" about lack (availability) of criminal record (reduced);";
Item fourth of appendix to the Procedure to state 2) in the following edition:
"4. The statement from the information and analytical system "Accounting of Data on Involvement of Person to Criminal Liability and Criminal Record Availability" about lack (availability) of criminal record (reduced).".
2. To management of justice and punitive justice (Oleynik E.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
