No. 68-76,:

1. In the Order of Customs Service No. 333-O/2014 on the form, procedure for filling and use of the decision on settlement (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova 2014, Art. No. 256-260, 1250), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) In Item 3:

- in litas. g) exclude the phrase "concerning the decision on settlement";

- in litas. h) the word "approved" to replace with the phrase "or in the standard TV form-14, approved";

The word of "four" to replace 2) in item 4 with the word of "three";

To column 8 the word of "four" to replace 3) in appendix No. 1 with the word of "three".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
