ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of observance of mandatory requirements to holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation and issue to foreign citizens of the certificate

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of observance of mandatory requirements to holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation and issue to foreign citizens of the certificate, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 15, 2021 No. 1213 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of observance of mandatory requirements to holding examination in Russian as foreign, to history of Russia and bases of the legislation of the Russian Federation and issue to foreign citizens of the certificate" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 30, the Art. 5790).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

"55. Key indicator of federal state control (supervision) is the indicator of level of risk minimization of damnification (damage) during the holding examination and issue to foreign citizens of the certificate in reporting year (KP) which is calculated by formula:
