About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2008 No. 1269

1. Bring in the Regulations on state registration (re-registration) of products of medical appointment and medical equipment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 2008 No. 1269, the following changes:
in paragraph three of Item 5 of the word "made in the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "imported into the Republic of Belarus or made (made) in the Republic of Belarus, including";
the second Item 16 to state part in the following edition:
"By results of implementation of state registration (re-registration) of product of medical appointment and medical equipment the termless registration certificate is issued.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
