1. Determine that:

production of medicines and products of medical appointment on complete production cycle is production of medicines and products of medical appointment from medicinal substances (substances) and component parts made by the company;

production of medicines and products of medical appointment on incomplete production cycle is production of medicines and products of medical appointment from medicinal substances (substances) and component parts which are not made by the company;

"in bulk" products is recognized any not packaged medicine or product of medical appointment intended for production of medicines or products of medical appointment, which passed all stages of engineering procedure outside the Republic of Uzbekistan except stages of packing, consumer packaging and marking.

2. Determine that:

medicines and products of medical appointment are recognized products of national production in case of their production on complete or incomplete production cycle;

medicines and products of medical appointment are not recognized products of national production in case of their discrepancy to the above-stated criterion or production on the basis of products "in bulk";

medical equipment is recognized products of national production in case of production organization of all or separate component parts and technological parts by the company, except marking and packaging, or production by assembly of the component parts and technological parts including imported except marking and packaging.
