About introduction of amendments to the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549/2002

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the state dactyloscopic registration No. 1549/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 14-17, 51), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In part (1) Article 10:

in Item 3) to exclude the words "and from the automated accounting of personal data";

4) to declare Item invalid.

2. In Article 12:

Item b) parts (to add 1) after words of "Ministry of Internal Affairs" with words ", including by means of the organizations appointed by the Government;";

in part (the words "and from the automated accounting of personal data" to exclude 2).

3. Part (Article 16 to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) Obligatory dactyloscopic registration of persons specified in Article 10, is made free of charge.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective after 30 days from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to the Government in six-months time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
