About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on Fonda of support of the population No. 827/2000 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 65-67, 460), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Article 1 after the words "with the conditions established by the Government" to add with words "financings of other measures of the public assistance established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and/or payments of remunerations/allowances to workers in the field of the public assistance who participate in the social projects financed from external sources, within the means provided by the agreements/memoranda of understanding signed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and partners in development".
2. Part (Article 4 to add 1) with Item f) the following content:
"f) the donations/transfers/grants from partners in development for implementation of the social projects financed from external sources provided by the agreements/memoranda of understanding signed by them and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.".
3. Add Article 5 with Item 2-1) of the following content:
"2-1) other measures of the public assistance established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and/or payments of remunerations/allowances to workers in the field of the public assistance who participate in the social projects financed from external sources, within the means provided by the agreements/memoranda of understanding signed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and partners in development;".
4. Add Article 5-1 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Financial resources specified in Item f) parts (1) Article 4 are used for financing of other measures of the public assistance established by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and/or payment of remunerations/allowances to workers in the field of the public assistance who participate in the projects on development financed from external sources, within the means provided by the agreements/memoranda of understanding signed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and partners in development.".
