About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of December 4, 2019 No. 1070

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, the Art. 2374) and of December 4, 2019 No. 1070 "Some questions of implementation by managers (receivers) of budgetary funds of advance payment of the goods, works and services which are purchased for budgetary funds" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 2, the Art. 64, No. 99, the Art. 3224) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 and of December 4, 2019 No. 1070

1. To add the procedure for public financing of capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764, with Item 19-1 of the following content:

"19-1. The period of action of warlike situation is not set off in time on which the National agency concerning prevention of corruption performed advance payment (advance payment) according to purchase agreements of goods, works and services in the capital expenditures concluded in 2021 on the terms of 100 percent advance payment.".

2. No. 1070 to add Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 with the paragraph of the following content:
