1. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 29, 2012 No. 155 "Some questions of calling of foreign not public vessels to the river ports of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 17, Art. 617; 2022, 10, the Art. 537) the words "Public Service of Sea and River Transport" in all cases shall be replaced with words No. "Public service sea and inland water transport and navigation" in the corresponding case.
2. In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 14, 2012 No. 1037 "About measures for enhancement of the organization and carrying out aviation works on search and rescue" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 87, Art. 3535; 2018, No. 75, of the Art. 2506) of the word "Public service of sea and river transport" shall be replaced with words "Public service sea and inland water transport and navigation".
3. In paragraph one of Item 2 and Item 5 of the Procedure for the opening and closing of seaports approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2013 No. 495 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 54, Art. 1970; 2018, No. 75, the Art. 2506), words "Sea administration" shall be replaced with words "Administration of navigation".
