About modification of the Law on public property of administrative and territorial units No. 523/1999
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - The law on public property of administrative and territorial units No. 523/1999 (1999, Art. No. 124-125, 611), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 8-1 of the following content:
"Article 8-1. The acquisition of property right of administrative territorial units to the property transferred or which is subject to transfer to the account of cost shares of property of the former agricultural enterprises
(1) the Body of local public authority provides inventory count of the property transferred or which is subject to transfer to the account of cost shares of property of the former agricultural enterprises, and also decision making about approval of their list with respect for applicable rules for ensuring transparency of decision making process.
(2) the Property transferred or which is subject to transfer on account of cost shares in property of the former agricultural enterprises (office buildings, buildings of organizations of education, health care, culture, sport, social protection and help, and also intended for other socially useful purposes), becomes property of administrative and territorial unit in the territory of which they are.
(3) the Property specified in part (2), being subject to registration in public registers, is registered in the corresponding registers behind administrative and territorial unit upon the demand of bodies of local public authority based on the decision on approval of the list of property.
(4) Property other, than specified in part (2), at the expense of cost shares in property of the former agricultural enterprises, being subject to registration in public registers, temporarily is registered in the corresponding registers behind administrative and territorial unit based on the decision on approval of the list of property.
