About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 19, 2022 "About change of the laws" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 171-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. to add subitem 8-1.5 of Item 8-1 of the Regulations on guardianship and custody bodies approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 1999 No. 1676, after the words "imprisonments" with the words "for certain term";

1.2. in Regulations on order of registration of acts of civil status and issue of documents and (or) references by the bodies registering acts of civil status, No. 1454 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2005:

in paragraph six of part three of Item 28 and the paragraph the fourth parts three of Item 29-1 of the word", life imprisonment" shall be replaced with words "for certain term, lifelong imprisonment";
