1. Bring in the Procedure for submission of the information message about the damaged and destroyed real estate as a result of the fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions connected with military aggression of the Russian Federation No. 380 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 26, 2022 "About collection, processing and accounting of information on the damaged and destroyed real estate as a result of the fighting, acts of terrorism, diversions connected with military aggression of the Russian Federation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 28, the Art. 1539, No. 39, the Art. 2089), changes which are applied.
2. To provide to the ministry of digital transformation within a month from the date of entry into force of this resolution technical capability of giving through the Single state web portal of electronic services, including with use of mobile application of the Action Portal (Action), the information message about the damaged and destroyed property till February 19, 2014 which is start date of temporary occupation of the territories of Ukraine by the Russian Federation according to part two of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", about day of introduction of warlike situation the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", and promulgation of information on the beginning of collection of such information.
