About modification of the National standard No. 1 "General valuation principles of property and property rights"

Bring in the National standard No. 1 "General valuation principles of property and property rights" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2003 No. 1440 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 37, the Art. 1995), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the National standard No. 1 "General valuation principles of property and property rights"

1. The paragraph one of Item 56 to state in the following edition:

"56. The valuation report of property is constituted in electronic and paper form if creation of the valuation report of property is provided by regulatory legal acts according to property in paper form, or the contract for evaluating property, and can be constituted in complete or short form.".

2. The second offer of Item 59 to state in the following edition: "The documents and other information materials provided by appraisers in the course of evaluating property together with the valuation report of property are stored electronically at appraisers who directly constituted the valuation report of property, and in archive of the subject of estimative activities - the subject of managing within three years of date of creation of such report if bigger term is not established by the legislation.".
