About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 3 of the Law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221/2007 (repeated publication: 2021, 10), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 13-20, in the following edition:

(2) the State veterinary public health service is single system which is represented by the National agency on safety of foodstuff (further - the Agency) subordinated to the Government and national reference laboratory in the respective area. The procedure for the organization and functioning of veterinary service, its structure and the staff list affirm the Government.

Art. II. - In the Law on medicines of veterinary appointment No. 119/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 309-320, 468) to make the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

in the concept "reference medicine of veterinary appointment" of the word "4 and 8;" shall be replaced with words "4, 5 and 8-11;";

state the concept "applicant" of the following edition:

"the applicant - the physical person or legal entity designated and authorized by the certificate holder about registration of medicine of veterinary appointment to represent it in the procedure of registration of medicines of veterinary appointment;";

after the concept "applicant" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the certificate holder about registration of medicine of veterinary appointment (further - the certificate holder about registration) - the inventor, the producer or other legal entity responsible for quality, safety and efficiency of medicine of veterinary appointment authorized by them;";
