About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of safety of donor blood and its components

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of safety of donor blood and its components approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2021 No. 1050 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of safety of donor blood and its components" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5428).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

Changes which are made to Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of safety of donor blood and its components

1. In the paragraph the fourteenth Item 21 the word "checks" shall be replaced with words "control (supervising) actions".

2. Add with the Section VIII of the following content:

"VIII. Key indicators of the state control and their target values

129. Key indicator of the state control is the quantity of the revealed complications which arose at recipients in connection with transfusion (transfusion) of donor blood and (or) its components on 1000 transfusions performed in the Russian Federation.

Target value of such key indicator equals to zero.".
