About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of the organization and carrying out gamblings

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of the organization and carrying out gamblings approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1011 "About federal state control (supervision) of the organization and carrying out gamblings" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 27, the Art. 5398).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

"39. Assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of implementation of federal state control (supervision) is determined according to article 30 of the Federal law "About the State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation".
