1. The paragraph the twelfth Item 10-2 of the Section XIII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 542; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of March 15, 2022 No. 2129-IX and of July 27, 2022 to state No. 2455-IX) in the following edition:
"Making of executive actions in enforcement proceedings for execution of decisions (except decisions in claims of physical persons for collection of the salary, cash cover of the military personnel) according to which debtors are the companies of defense industry complex determined according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, bodies of military management, connection, military units, the highest military educational institutions and military educational units of institutions of higher education, organizations and the organizations which are part of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, decisions on collection from physical person of debt for housing and communal services in the territorial communities located in areas of carrying out military (fighting) operations or which are or were in temporary occupation, cordon (blocking) according to the list stops during action of warlike situation approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine or if collection for housing and communal services is performed concerning real estate which is the permanent address of such physical person and it was destroyed or damaged as a result of military (fighting) operations".
