About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning features of activities of the financial sector in connection with introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. The second and third offers of part two of article 386 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. Paragraphs of the sixth and seventh part one of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the mode of foreign investment" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 19, Art. 80; 2009, 52, 763) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"monetary claims and right to requirements of accomplishment of contractual commitments;

intellectual property rights which cost in foreign currency is confirmed according to the laws (procedures) of the country of the investor or the international trade customs and also is confirmed with expert evaluation in Ukraine, including the copyright legalized in the territory of Ukraine, the rights to inventions, useful models, industrial designs, signs for goods and services, know-how and so forth".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, Art. 238 with subsequent changes):

Item 18 parts one of Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"18) performs according to the law state policy in the field of protection of the state secret, including in system of National Bank, participates in organization-legal actions for protection of the state secret";

Item 10 parts ten of Article 20 in edition of the Law of Ukraine of October 19, 2021 No. 1811-І X to consider 3) by Item 11;
