About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" concerning refining of some provisions and assistance to investment attraction in the course of privatization

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2018, No. 12, Art. 68 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

Items 12 and 28 of part one of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"12) the electronic trading system (ETS) - the two-level information and telecommunication system including the central database and electronic platforms which interact with the central database via the interface of programming of appendices of it of the central database. ETS provides possibility of creation, placement, the publication and exchange of information and the documents in electronic form necessary for holding the auction electronically";

"28) the central database - set technical and software as a part of interfaces of programming of appendices, modules of auctions, auxiliary program services and databases which provide possibility of holding the auction electronically and guarantee equal information access to participants of such auction. The current version of program code of all components of the central database is open and public";

2) in Article 4 part two:

after paragraph two to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the company for production and repair of all types of weapon consisting on arms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed according to the law of other military forming, the Security Service of Ukraine".

With respect thereto third - the forty sixth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the forty seventh;
