About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring forming and realization of state policy in the field of active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 25, Art. 890 with subsequent changes):

Article 2 part one after words of "government courier communication" to add 1) with words of "active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace";

2) in Article 3 part one:

add paragraph two with words of "active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace";

after the paragraph of the sixth to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"creation and ensuring functioning of system of active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace;

creation and ensuring functioning of the Center of active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the seventh the paragraph the ninth;

Part one of Article 7 to add 3) with words of "active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace";

4) in Article 14 part one:

add Item 1 with words of "active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace";

add with Items 93 and 94 of the following content:

"93) creation and ensuring functioning of system of active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace;

94) creation and ensuring functioning of the Center of active counteraction of aggression in cyberspace".

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of ensuring cyber security of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 45, Art. 403 with subsequent changes):
