About modification of appendix to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4597; 2017, No. 21, Art. 3003; 2020, No. 43, Art. 6784; 2021, No. 1, Art. 109; No. 2, Art. 388; No. 16, Art. 2799).

2. Determine that the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output are in the territory of the Russian Federation valid before the termination of fixed term of action of such conclusions issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation:

till January 1, 2022 - concerning products included in the Section XV of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 in No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation";

about day of entry into force of this resolution - concerning magnets of the rare-earth constants classified by codes on OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) from 25.99.29.110.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
