About modification of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about mass media

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation on mass media approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 2021 No. 1020 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of compliance with law of the Russian Federation about mass media" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5503).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

"VIII. Key indicator of the state supervision and its target value

66. Key indicator of the state supervision is the relation of quantity of the objects of control referred to category of significant risk, to total quantity of objects of control (KP) which is calculated by formula:

About - total quantity of objects of control.

67. Target value of key indicator is determined proceeding from annual decrease in value of key indicator by 1 percent.".
