Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2020 No. 127

1. State the text in the following edition:

"1. Approve the enclosed Rules of centralized management of communication network public.

2. This resolution is effective within 6 years from the date of its entry into force.".

2. Add Item 5 of the Rules of centralized management of communication network public approved by the specified resolution, the subitem "e" of the following content:
