About some questions of placement of texts of legal acts on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru)

1. Determine that:

c) the procedure for placement of texts of legal acts with the changes made to them on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru) is determined by Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Russian President's State Legal Directorate and State Duma administration of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation:

a) approve single technical requirements to release, machine (intellectual) processing, placement, storage and distribution of texts of legal acts in electronic form, and also single formats of marking of these texts;

b) since July 1, 2022 to perform preparation of texts of the laws of the Russian Federation on the amendment to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws and legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation taking into account the changes made to them after July 1, 2022, except for legal acts or their separate provisions, containing the data which are the state secret, or data of confidential nature, and placement of these texts on "The official Internet portal of legal information" (www.pravo.gov.ru).

3. Make to acts of the President of the Russian Federation changes according to the list according to appendix.
