About creation of innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster of "Tashkent Pharma Park"
For the purpose of production organization of innovative and high-quality medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, satisfaction of demand of the population for the specified goods, ensuring training of specialists of pharmaceutical industry on the basis of the international educational standards and on demanded specialties, consecutive integration of pharmaceutical education into system of the international scientific community, and also further development of pharmaceutical industry in the republic:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of investments and foreign trade, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economy and Industry, Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, khokimiyat of the Tashkent region on creation in Zangiatinsky district of the Tashkent region of innovative research and production pharmaceutical cluster of "Tashkent Pharma Park" (further - the Cluster).
2. Determine that the Cluster includes creation:
a) Pharmaceutical technical university (further - University) with own infrastructure consisting from:
research centers and laboratories;
educational and scientific laboratories and vivarium;
pharmacopoeian center;
symposium center with hotel;
the places of residence for students, teachers and foreign employees;
sports complex, pool and stadium;
b) the industrial zone consisting of floor spaces on release of innovative medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment (further - the industrial zone).
3. Determine the main objectives and activities:
a) Cluster:
development of pharmaceutical industry of the republic by implementation of innovative solutions (know-how) and high technologies using the international experience;
creation of specialized educational infrastructure for training of qualified personnel according to the international training programs on the specialties demanded in pharmaceutical industry;
