About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of implementation of the Federal Law "About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Fire Safety" and articles 1 and 22 of the Federal law "About Licensing of Separate Types of Activity" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To provide to the ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of cases of civil defense, emergency situations and natural disaster response till March 1, 2022 possibility of giving by the organizations and citizens of notifications on the performed works (the rendered services) by means of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)".

3. Item 1 of this resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.

In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2020 No. 1128 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety devices of buildings and constructions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 32, the Art. 5276):

a) add Item 2 with the words "also is effective till September 1, 2026.";
