2. Determine that issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation before the date of entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution, the conclusions about confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation concerning products of heavy engineering specified in the line item classified by code on OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008) 28.22.16.111 "Passenger elevators", the Section VI of appendix to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 17, 2015 No. 719 "About confirmation of production of industrial output in the territory of the Russian Federation", are valid before the termination of fixed term of their action.

3. The changes approved by this resolution become effective since September 1, 2021.
