Determine that rate of export customs duty on sunflower meal (the code of the CN FEA EEU 2306 30 000 0) exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union is calculated according to Regulations on calculation and application of rate of the export customs duty on the sunflower meal exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, the approved this resolution.

From the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 24, 2025 No. 1091 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" till August 31, 2025 (inclusive) is applied rate of export customs duty in the amount of 0 rubles on 1 ton to sunflower meal (code 2306 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on calculation and application of rate of the export customs duty on the sunflower meal exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication and is effective till August 31, 2028 inclusive.
