from April 15 to August 31, 2022 inclusive quantitative restriction on export out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - non-tariff quota), sunflower oil (codes 1512 11 910 1, 1512 11 910 9, 1512 19 900 2, 1512 19 900 9 and 1517 90 910 0 CN FEA EEU) of 1500000 tons, and also cakes and other firm remaining balance from sunflower seeds (code 2306 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) of 700000 tons (further respectively - sunflower oil, cake sunflower);

from the date of entry into force of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2022 No. 1282 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 31, 2022 No. 548" till August 31, 2022 inclusive non-tariff quota for sunflower oil of 400000 tons and on cake sunflower of 150000 tons.
