About accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Ministerial declaration on trade in products of information technologies and adoption of obligations on change of rates on group of the chemical goods included in the harmonized system

1. Join the Ministerial declaration on trade in products of information technologies it (is applied).

2. Assume the enclosed obligations on change of rates on group of the chemical goods included in the harmonized system.

3. Charge to the chairman of the Interdepartmental commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on negotiations with the WTO - to Omuraliyev E. K. sign the protocol on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Ministerial declaration on trade in products of information technologies.

               включенных в гармонизированную систему.

     (а) Охват  продуктов:  все продукты,  содержащиеся в главах 28-39
Гармонизированной  системы,  за  исключением  продуктов  Приложения  1
Соглашения по сельскому хозяйству.
     Приложение 1 Соглашения по сельскому хозяйству включает следующие
продукты  в  главах  28-39  (исключенные  из  (а)):  ГС 2905.43 маннит
2905.44  сорбит  3301  масла  эфирные  3501-3505  белковые   вещества,
модифицированные  крахмалы,  клеи  3809.10  готовые  препараты
