I. Item 5 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2004, No. 36, Art. 444; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2014, 80) to add Art. No. 6-7, with the paragraph third the following content:

"The right to social and professional adaptation the persons dismissed or discharged from military service from among veterans of war also have persons having special merits before the Homeland, members of families of such persons, members of families of the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and the Defenders of Ukraine determined by the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection". The organization of social and professional adaptation of the specified category of persons is performed by the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of social protection of veterans of war, persons having special merits before the Homeland, injured participants of Revolution of Advantage, members of families of such persons and members of families the died (died) veterans of war, members of families of the died (died) Defenders and Defenders of Ukraine. The procedure and conditions of ensuring social and professional adaptation are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;
