About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in availability of the medical and rehabilitation care during action of warlike situation
Due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with subsequent changes):
3 determinations of the terms "cluster healthcare institution", "nadklasterny healthcare institution" to state 1) in Article part one in the following edition:
"cluster healthcare institution - the multi-profile medical institution capable to provide in the territory of hospital cluster the need of the population for medical attendance for the most widespread diseases and conditions in the directions of medical attendance in stationary conditions according to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
"nadklasterny healthcare institution - multi-profile medical institution which has resources and technologies oriented to ensuring medical attendance in the most difficult and/or in rare instances of diseases of the population of all hospital district in the directions of medical attendance in stationary conditions according to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine";
