About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic

Within inventory count of presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by Articles 70, 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About formation of the Office of the President of the Republic Kyrgyzstan" of January 28, 1991 No. 70;

2) the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About forming of economic bonds in the Republic Kyrgyzstan for 1992" of April 23, 1991 No. 172;

3) the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About introduction of emergency measures in agricultural production of the Republic Kyrgyzstan for procurement of forages and harvesting in 1991" of July 6, 1991 No. 239;

4) Items 1, 3 Presidential decrees of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About urgent measures for privatization and privatization of state-owned property in the Republic Kyrgyzstan" of August 7, 1991 No. 252;

5) Items 2-7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About preparation and holding the 1000 anniversary of the epos "Manas" of June 26, 1992 No. 213;

6) the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About approval of the Regulations on the Bishkek international school of management and business in case of the President of the Republic Kyrgyzstan" of September 23, 1992 No. 281;

7) the Presidential decree of the Republic Kyrgyzstan "About exemption of the income tax of management of Bishkekvodokanal of April 29, 1993 No. 130;

8) The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 13, 1993 No. 144;

9) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About transformation of State commission of the Republic Kyrgyzstan on emergency situations" of May 27, 1993 No. 153;

10) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About release of Bereke from the tax discharge on profit" of June 28, 1993 No. 176;
