Determine that recognition voided the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic designated in Item 1 of this Decree does not cancel action of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of foreign states to which citizens the simplified visa regime" of February 7, 2009 No. 87 extends.
3. This Decree becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
