PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

About recognition voided some presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic

Within inventory count of earlier issued presidential decrees of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by article 65 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:

1. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the economic strategy of development for the Kyrgyz Republic for the period till 2005 and the indicative social and economic plan for 1996-1998" of June 15, 1996 No. 204;

2) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About additional measures for enhancement of state policy in the field of development of foreign trade, the industry, small and medium entrepreneurship" of March 16, 1999 No. 72;

3) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Fund of the state material reserves under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 25, 1999 No. 156;

4) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About increase in official pay rates of the military personnel, staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 28, 1999 No. 193;

5) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the economic strategy of development for the Kyrgyz Republic for the period till 2005 and the indicative social and economic plan for 1996-1998" of June 15, 1996 No. 204" of November 22, 1999 No. 297;

6) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About timely and high-quality carrying out spring and field works in agricultural industry of the republic in 2000" of March 6, 2000 No. 49;

7) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Concept of development of housing construction in the Kyrgyz Republic till 2010" of April 6, 2000 No. 76;

8) The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Concept of development of tourist industry in the Kyrgyz Republic till 2010" of September 4, 2000 No. 255;
