About the Interdepartmental commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the World Trade Organization

For the purpose of activation of activities of the Kyrgyz Republic within the World Trade Organization and considering need of coordination of actions of the ministries, state committees and administrative departments on agreement performance of the WTO and obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic to the WTO, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form the Interdepartmental commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the World Trade Organization in structure according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic without fail to approve developed drafts of the laws and regulatory legal acts regulating foreign trade activity of the Kyrgyz Republic with the Interdepartmental commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the World Trade Organization.

3. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning the World Trade Organization;

- Regulations on distribution of responsibility of the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments of the Kyrgyz Republic on agreement performance of the World Trade Organization and obligations of the Kyrgyz Republic to the WTO.

4. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- of October 12, 1999 N560 "About the Interdepartmental Commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on Coordination of Activities of the Ministries, State Committees and Administrative Departments concerning the World Trade Organization";

- of January 31, 2000 N45 "About Creation of Service Desk on Interrelations with the World Trade Organization concerning Development, Acceptance and Application of Technical Regulations, Standards of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures".
