Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially and to Rules of maintaining the unified state register of capacities of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol or alcoholic products.

In Regulations on the cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2012 No. 824 "About cancellation of licenses for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products extrajudicially" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 34, Art. 4743; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4832; 2018, No. 27, Art. 4068; 2021, No. 34, Art. 6197):
a) to add the subitem "an" of Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"production of ethyl alcohol for production of pharmaceutical substance of ethyl alcohol (ethanol);";
b) add with Item 2 (1) the following content:
