Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582

1. Third the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property, approved by the specified resolution to state the paragraph in the following edition:
