In the Provision "About Signs of Solvency and Rules of Exchange of Banknotes and Coins of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- 2 Items 16 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"In case of illegal refusal in exchange of the damaged banknotes/coins or in exchange of suitable banknotes / coins of one advantage for others in commercial banks, commercial banks bear responsibility according to article 300 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses.";
- state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20. In case of illegal use and reproduction of images of banknotes/coins of national currency or any semifinished products of their images (in one or several flowers) which on the properties (the size, color, the image) can be accepted in payment turnover for authentic banknotes of national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic, physical persons and legal entities bear responsibility according to article 304 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of its official publication.
