About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 18

Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2010 No. 1172 "About authority delegation of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal acts according to the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of March 5, 2009 No. 18 "About approval of the Regulations on working hours and time of rest for separate employee categories of the organizations of rail transport public" the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2010 No. 1172 "About authority delegation of the Government of the Republic of Belarus on acceptance (edition) of regulatory legal acts according to the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 5.9 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";

in Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

in Regulations on the working hours and time of rest for separate employee categories of the organizations of rail transport public approved by this resolution:

to exclude from Item 2 of the word "The Republic of Belarus (Further — the Legislation on Work)";
