About modification of the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children, No. 905 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2015, No. 66, Art. 2184; 2022, No. 46, the Art. 2530), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children

1. The fourth Item 7 to exclude the paragraph.

2. Items 20-1 - 20-4 to exclude.

3. Item 22 in paragraph nine the word is "issued" to be replaced with the word "issued".

4. In the paragraph the second Item 25-1 of the word "in case the place of origin of the child is the village territory" shall be replaced with words "if applicants live in the territory of the village".

5. In the subitem 10 of Item 33 of the word "the certificate of check in the territory of the country of accommodation of the facts of availability or lack of criminal record" shall be replaced with words "the document on check in the territory of the country of accommodation of the facts of availability or lack of criminal record".

6. State Items 49 and 50 in the following edition:
