About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2011 No. 124 and of November 27, 2017 No. 145
Based on item 4 of article 18 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2011 No. 124 "About approval of the Regulations on orphanage, the children's village (town)":
in the text of the resolution the word "(town)" shall be replaced with words ", the children's town" in the corresponding number and case;
to state the name and preamble in the following edition:
"About orphanage, the children's village, the children's town
Based on item 4 of article 18 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:";
in Regulations on orphanage, the children's village (town) approved by this resolution:
to exclude from Item 1 of the word "irrespective of their subordination and patterns of ownership";
